Administrative Assistant

Classification: Full-Time Salaried Position

Reports to: Senior Pastor

Position Summary:
The Administrative Assistant is a spiritually mature, biblically grounded Christian who manages clerical and social media responsibilities for FB Sebring under the direction of the Senior Pastor. This position is the first contact for the public.

As a Staff Member:

  • Support the vision and mission of FB Sebring.

  • Manage communications with Church members.

  • Responsible for management of social media for the Church, including generating and updating material to publish on multiple social media platforms.

  • Manage scheduling and calendaring for the Church and Senior Pastor.


  • Organized.

  • Welcoming.

  • Task Driven.

  • Works well in a team.

  • Strong Computer skills, including experience using Microsoft 365 suite of computer software, including word processing and email.

  • Experience updating website and using social media platforms, including Facebook and Instagram.

  • High School diploma or GED.

  • Two (2) years office or administrative work experience.

It is preferred for the successful candidate to be or become a member of FB Sebring,
